Lancut Property Group was established to build a disciplined, forward looking residential property business grounded in clarity, structure and thoughtful execution.
At its heart, the business exists to unlock potential in residential property — helping owners move forward when circumstances become complex, burdensome or uncertain, while also improving how property is experienced by the people who live in or use it.
Property often carries more than financial value. It can represent responsibility, pressure, opportunity or change.
Lancut Property Group was created to provide structured, creative and commercially grounded solutions in these moments — combining professional discipline with practical execution to deliver outcomes that genuinely work. The intention is to create arrangements that are fair, transparent and mutually beneficial — designed to protect all parties and establish clear expectations from the outset.
The business is adaptable to the circumstances of each property and its owner, recognising that no two situations are identical. At the same time, it is committed to raising standards in how property is presented, managed and experienced — ensuring that homes are not only financially viable, but well cared for and thoughtfully delivered.
Lancut Property Group was founded by Simon Marshall, a Chartered Surveyor and Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), with over 20 years’ experience in construction and the built environment.
For a decade, he co-founded and led a successful consultancy practice, supporting the delivery of major building and infrastructure projects. This background brings structured commercial thinking, risk awareness and programme discipline to residential property — ensuring decisions are measured, robust and professionally grounded.
In 2025, he stepped away from that business to apply his expertise in developing Lancut Property Group. A central motivation behind this transition was the opportunity to apply those skills more directly for the benefit of people — helping owners navigate change and delivering homes that function better for those who live in or use them.
